Refund, Cancellation  and Shipping Policies

Refunds & Cancellations:

Deposits for all services such as workshops, coaching or teleclasses or training are non-refundable. Deposits for workshops that you are unable to attend may be applied to future workshops. If you unexpectedly were not able to attend an event for which you paid full registration after the Early Bird Registration date, your registration was already applied to expenses and cannot be refunded. You can attend a future event with the same registration cost or apply the cost of the registration of the unattended event to the upcoming event.

Return Policy:

Digital items are not eligible for refunds.  You may return a hard-copy item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date.  We will replace any defective products once we receive the returned product. We cover the shipping costs for any replaced products. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original product receipt or packing slip.  You may consider purchasing insurance on your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected merchandise. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service at the standard rate.  Digital downloads will be delivered to the email on file during the checkout process.  It may take up to 24 hours for an item to be delivered electronically once payment we are sure payment has been processed.
